We all violate gender norms. Those of us in the queer alphabet soup (LGBTQIA+) are often at the forefront of redefining what it means to be a man or a woman, as well as challenging the expectations of what people we should fall in love with and marry - if at all.
This selection of short films highlights the experiences of queer people, with a special focus on trans people and queer women. From an unexpected Lebanese coming out story to a bittersweet manifesto from Georgia, these films from all across the planet are both personal and inevitably social stories that mark a universal struggle for love and identity.
