Synchronic

The directing team of Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead has become quite inherent to PÖFF. They started their career with a micro-budget original indie horror film “Resolution” (PÖFF 2012) and have by now reached the point where they will be associated with very large projects.

Their brand new “Synchronic” is doubtlessly an important landmark from where the path only leads farther and higher. The film tells about two New Orleans paramedics, who after strange fatal events encounter something for which there is no explanation.

So as not to reveal anything more about the plot: the team continues with the topic and the film making philosophy to which they have remained true since the beginning of their career – a film must contain life and surpass the boundaries of genres. They have not broken that oath. And this is how simple, good and stylish their new film is!
